AGL-N6QB-3WZ8-FAY4How agID fits into the agricultural industry: one permanent identity layer beneath every farm, business and paddock.
A farm business sits at the centre of a busy network: advisers, contractors, agents, buyers, processors, certifiers, lenders, regulators, and the software each of them runs.
Every one of them needs to know who they're dealing with, and where.
…and each one keeps its own copy.
Every processor, agronomist, certifier, bank and software provider keeps its own record of who you are and where you farm. Names drift, boundaries go stale, and nobody can be sure two systems mean the same place.
agID fixes the identity layer once, for everyone: one identifier every system can use, with the details behind it kept up to date in one place.
AGL-N6QB-3WZ8-FAY4Held by Riverbend Pastoral · PIC verified · 3 paddocks, 141.9 haagID gives every person, business, property and paddock in agriculture a permanent identifier: one common thread that every system can hold onto, whoever records the details.

Growers, managers, agronomists and contractors. Your agID goes with you, whichever businesses you work with.

agID doesn't replace ABNs, PICs or land titles. It links each business and property to the identifiers others have issued it, so any system can find them by a number it already holds.
Anyone can record an identifier, but it shows as claimed until agID checks it against the issuer's register.
Several entities may claim a number. Only one can hold it verified, so the real holder is never blocked.
Look up an ABN, PIC or GLN and find the business or property behind it, verified holders first.

A grain marketer, livestock agent or compliance portal sends the person to agID.
Only what they're allowed to share for their business, picked from a list.
Server to server, so the app knows the data came from agID, not a typed-in form.
People can see which app received what, and when.
no re-keying at any gate
Stop re-entering the same details for every buyer, adviser and auditor.
Work from the boundary everyone agreed on, not last season's KML.
Know exactly which business and property you're dealing with, every time.
Onboard customers in seconds with data they've already recorded.
Match suppliers across every system you run.
Lend, insure and run programs against records that line up.
What agID will always be, whoever builds on it.
Nothing is shared without the consent of someone entitled to share it, and every share is recorded.
agID doesn't compete with the apps that use it. No provider gets preferential access.
Open standards such as OAuth 2.0 and GeoJSON, and a documented API, so any provider can integrate.
An agID is never deleted or reissued. Records that use it today will still make sense in twenty years.
ABNs, ACNs and GLNs are checked as they're entered, so a mistyped number never spreads.
An identifier shows as claimed until agID has checked it against the issuer's register.
agID gets more useful with every organisation that adopts it
Record it once. Share it everywhere you choose.
